class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\">\n\t\t\t\tThe following criteria have been worked out by the Clinical Heads of Departments.\nThey serve as a guideline when making decisions regarding a tertiary\/ qua-ternary level of patient care.\nAll doctors working at IALCH are to follow these criteria, both for the admission of patients to IALCH and discharge of patients to a lower level of care in another hospital.\nIt is the responsibility of the Clinical Heads of departments, on behalf of the Medical Manager to ensure that these criteria are
